Concept and Perspective
One of the most important tasks to meet the challenges facing our
societies in food and health issues is to provide a diverse and integrated
educational service to Sudanese families, to deal with these growing challenges
in food shortages and health care, which sometimes, turn into real risks
messing with stability. Therefore the mission is designing a message to define
the traditional nutritional patterns compatible with the environment in
production, processing and conservation providing them in a manner that
achieves the various savings economically, taking into consideration, the
different consumer conditions. It also addresses health threats in all its
different aspects by spreading the health culture in prevention and treatment
for a healthy and happy life. This message came in the form of a “Mazaaq Khass”
magazine.
Mazaaq Khass magazine is a summary of experiences of the best
experts in their fields gathered to link science and specialization with the
authenticity of the nation and the Sudanese identity which is characterized by
love and ethics such as generosity and compassion, therefore, the research was
about the issues of food production and provision of cognitive and educational
solutions through innovative recipes alternatives to the traditional and modern
Sudanese table. Also childcare and mother hood food, herbal medicine, food
balance and other efforts aimed at guiding social behavior in favor of a
healthy and adequate society.
The growing challenges drive us to honor our great traditions in
production, processing and preservation of food which established a sustainable
diet proved to be effective. These are valid overtime in harmony with nature to
promote human health. . All of which
are roles for publishing the “Mazaaq Khass” Magazine in a way that reflects its
originality, strength and progress with the perspective of science and
specialization in a variety of attractions.
