Mazaaq KhaasMagazine
Third Quarter 2019
This Edition❤🇸🇩🎈
With each new edition of "Mazaaq Khaas" we renew our desire to explore the unlimited opportunities and possibilities of food resources in Sudan, which are rich enough for our country and overflowing.
This time we look towards the Nile, besides giving life to the inhabitants on the banks, the Nile is also considered to be source of many beauty and religious heritage.
The early explorers, like Frederick Cillaud and Burckhardt were astonished when they saw the White Nile, fishes inside and the fertility of the land around it, and the cows of Kenana grazed in everlasting greenery: "This country will never starve."
Between the cry of Burkhart and the dreams of Future generations, Fish remains one of the lost opportunities to provide a healthy, renewed and delicious food for the people of Sudan.
Fish is no longer a spontaneous hobby, but has become a scientific work, industry and trade raised in countries like Morocco, Canada and the United States, where the fisheries are well taken care of practically & scientifically methods.
Nile fishes have characteristics that are rare to be found in other fish sources. They are the most delicious and least exposed to pollutants, and their organic food is plant, water and mud, not like sea fish, that some of which feed on others.
This Edition of "Mazaaq Khaas" looked also at the contribution of the medical field to the fish research in terms of their impact on health; also we aimed to show the diversity of opportunities and resources through the diversity of the Sudanese table in one element, within the limits available.
Special tribute to artists Omaima Abdellatif and Randa Yassin, for their participation in our Gallery and promise to repeat this wonderful experience again in the near future.
